January 26th: The Better World just completed and interview with the Bergen Record, a newspaper serving North Jersey. That issue should be out in the coming weeks.
September 11th: TBW returns from a trip out to Hollywood, CA to visit friend and fellow rock artist MCT during his recent and long anticipated CD release party. Visit MCT here.
September 5th: TBW wins the Got Milk? Battle of the Bands and is selected out of 250 bands to lead the NYC Metro area in the competition.
June 23rd: Looks like "The Elbow Room" had to close their doors for the time being so we'll be taking a break in July but hope to see all of you at our shows in August..Have a good summer...
June 19th: Few changes to the site have been made...Make sure you come see us at "The Elbow Room" for our last show before we kick off August...

March 25th: TBW recently played for Virgin Records at The Elbow Room. Look for more shows at The Elbow Room in the months ahead.

January 2nd: Well after a long holiday season we're back. Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! Recent updates to the website include a "Store" which we hope everyone will visit and help promote the band.
December 12th: Currently, we have over 150 mailings ready to go out for CD reviews and College Radio Air play. Taking a short break for the holidays as well.
November 30th: The Awards just keep on coming...
November 27th: The Better World has now earned radio air-time in both College and Non-Commercial radio stations across the country.
November 26th: We have won the GoldenWeb Award for 2002-2003!!!
November 1st: We have won the Cashfever TOP Site AWARD!!!
October 30th: The Better World CD is now available at mp3.com
October 30th: Listen to the WSOU 89.5 FM show, "Street Patrol", featuring local bands in the area on WEDNESDAY 8-10 PM EST. When you hear The Better World call in and show your support!
October 29th: The Better World picked up radio airtime at Kean College, 90.3 FM
October 20th: The website has been re-designed to be much more browser friendly...Look for more changes ahead.
October 10th: The Better World welcomes a new addition to the band - Drummer Joe Trusheim
October 5th: A new TBW background has been added to the Download section...check it out!
September 30th: The CD is now available at amazon.com!
September 20th: The CD is back in stock! We'll do our best to keep it that way.
September 18th: TBW cd is currently out of stock on cdbaby.com! Nice initial offering! More will be available in 2 days, so hang in there!
September 17th: The Better World's self-titled album is now available for purchase here!

September 11th: TBW remembers the victims of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks. Lets get those bastards!
September 9th: Website is fully operational and the TBW buddy icon has been created.
September 6th: TBW-mailinglist@thebetterworld.com is formed on the Home page...Also the TBW Winamp Skin has been created on the download page.
September 4th: The band is currently working on getting their cd's available at CDbaby.com and amazon.com while the website stirs into action.
August 22nd: Website launches a skeletal version.
August 12th: The Better World finished the Mastering of their debut album "The Better World"
